At UR Skin by Dhruv, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@ur-skin-by-dhruv.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used skincare or personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@ur-skin-by-dhruv.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
